2. Who We Are
Bondwell operates from 124 Thanon Mun Mueang, Si Phum, Chiang Mai 50200, Thailand. We offer adult education workshops on household communication skills and an administrative household records organisation service. We are the data controller for personal data collected through our website and sessions.

- Contact information — name, email address, phone number, provided when you submit an enquiry or register for a session.
- Session attendance records — your first name (only) within group workshops; full name for billing and correspondence purposes.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (health data, financial records, legal documents). The household documents handled in our Records Setup sessions remain yours; we do not retain or copy them.

Enquiry and booking records are retained for 2 years from the date of last contact, then securely deleted. Session attendance records (first name only, for group workshops) are retained for 12 months. Analytics data is retained for 13 months in aggregate form.
