1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bondwell website at bondwellr.world and your participation in any workshop, session, or community membership we offer. By accessing our website or registering for any of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Who We Are

Bondwell operates from 124 Thanon Mun Mueang, Si Phum, Chiang Mai 50200, Thailand. We offer general education workshops on household communication skills and an administrative household records organisation service. We are not a regulated practice and do not provide professional advice of any kind.

3. Our Services

We currently offer the following educational and administrative services:

• Finding Common Ground Workshop (฿3,600) — A group educational session covering general communication skills such as turn-taking, active listening, summarising, and identifying shared household goals. This is a skill-building workshop only. It is not mediation, counselling, or any form of individual professional advice.
• Shared Household Records Setup (฿6,800) — A guided administrative session to help a household organise existing documents into a clear, labelled shared system. This is an organising and administrative service only. We do not review, advise on, or retain copies of any documents handled during this session.
• Community Membership (฿11,300 per year) — Ongoing access to peer communication workshops, printable guides, and a balanced peer community for sharing general experiences. All content is educational. Personal matters are always directed to qualified professionals and official bodies.

4. Educational Purpose — Important Scope Note

All Bondwell services are provided strictly for general educational and organisational purposes. We do not offer and you should not interpret any session, written guide, workshop material, or community discussion as:

• Legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice
• Psychological support, counselling, or any form of regulated mental health service
• Mediation, arbitration, or conflict resolution by a qualified neutral
• Any other regulated professional service

We warmly encourage every participant to seek guidance from appropriate qualified professionals and official bodies for their own situation. Bondwell facilitators are educators, not licensed practitioners in any regulated field.

5. Bookings and Payment

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a deposit where specified at the time of registration.
• Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payment methods accepted will be communicated to you at the point of booking.
• Bondwell reserves the right to adjust prices with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect confirmed and paid bookings.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 7 or more calendar days before a session will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 3–6 calendar days before a session will receive a 50 % refund or a transfer to a future session of equal value.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of a session are non-refundable. Transfer to a future session may be offered at Bondwell's discretion.
• If Bondwell cancels or reschedules a session, a full refund or free transfer will be offered.
• Community Membership is billed annually. Cancellations within 14 days of the annual renewal date will receive a prorated refund for unused months. Cancellations at other times are non-refundable for the current period.

7. Participant Conduct

All participants are expected to engage with respect and consideration for others. Bondwell facilitators may ask any participant to leave a session if their conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to other participants. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Community Membership may be suspended or ended without refund if a member repeatedly breaches these conduct expectations.

8. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, guides, templates, and website content produced by Bondwell are our intellectual property. You may use them for your own personal and household purposes. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or adapt them for commercial use without our written permission.

9. Privacy and Data

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our services, you also agree to the use of cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Thai law:

• Bondwell provides all services "as is" and makes no representations about outcomes or results.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from participation in our workshops or use of our organisational tools.
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service to which the claim relates.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under Thai law.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external resources and organisations. These links are provided for general information only. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
