Clear Conversations.
Shared Understanding.
Bondwell offers skill-building workshops for everyday household conversations and a guided session to organise the records your family already holds — all in a calm, even-handed setting.

A Balanced Space for Every Voice
Even-Handed Format
Workshops are structured so every participant has equal space and speaking time — no single perspective dominates the room.
Skill-Focused Learning
You leave each session with concrete, practised skills — not theory. Turn-taking, summarising, and finding shared goals are all hands-on exercises.
Clear Scope, No Overreach
We are straightforward about what we do and what we do not. Nothing here replaces a qualified professional — we say so plainly and refer you onward when needed.
Tangible Household Output
The records session ends with a real, labelled shared folder — something your household can open and use from day one.
Soft and Tactful Tone
Content is written and delivered without pressure. We recognise that household matters can be sensitive and always frame things with care.
Ongoing Peer Support
Members stay connected through a moderated community where general experiences are shared in a respectful, educational way.

What People Ask Before Joining
What exactly happens in the Finding Common Ground workshop?
The session covers practical communication skills — how to take turns, how to summarise what someone has said before responding, and how to look for shared goals rather than fixed positions. It is a group learning experience and is educational in nature only.
Is this the same as family counselling or mediation?
No. Bondwell workshops and sessions are general education and organising services. We do not provide individual counselling, mediation, legal advice, or any regulated service. Participants who need professional support are always directed to appropriate qualified bodies.
What do I need to bring to the Household Records session?
Bring the documents your household already holds — in whatever state they are in. Our facilitator will guide you through sorting, labelling, and placing them in a single shared folder structure. No preparation is needed in advance.
How long does each session run?
The Finding Common Ground workshop runs approximately 3 hours. The Household Records Setup session is typically 2–3 hours depending on the volume of documents. Community membership includes regular shorter sessions throughout the year.
Are sessions held in English?
Yes, all sessions are conducted in English. The venue is at 124 Thanon Mun Mueang, Si Phum, Chiang Mai. Please contact us if you have specific language needs and we will do our best to assist.
How do I join the Community Membership?
